The Chester W. Riley Distinguished Service Society honors the legacy of Brother Chester W. Riley and recognizes members of the Great Lakes Region who have exemplified the highest ideals of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. through extraordinary service, leadership, and dedication to brotherhood, scholarship, and service.
DSS is the highest honor bestowed within the Great Lakes Region. The Distinguished Service Chapter, or DSC, is the highest honor in the entire Fraternity. Brothers who have earned both distinctions are identified below.
